Program Structure
- Duration: 32 comprehensive sessions – taking place on Wednesdays.
- Hours: 17:00 - 20:30 (Israel Time).
- Hours: 16:00 - 19:30 (Germany & Spain (CEST)) .
- Hours: 10:00 - 13:30 (East USA (EDT)) .
- Format: Broadcast live online via Zoom.
Every 3.5-hour session is structured as follows:
- 1 Hour: Fernanda (Practical Vision).
- 15-Minute Break.
- 2 Hours: Anat (Emotional Work) – including a 10-minute intermission in the middle.
Meet Your Instructors
Anat Axelrode
Anat Axelrode loves the inner aspects of the eyes and loves connecting with them.
The method she developed "Eye-Soul" (formerly 'Listening to the Eyes') enables us to talk directly with eyes, forming a gateway to deep healing of the eyes and of
the soul they mirror.
Anat is the founder of the largest school of Visual Educators in Israel, and has trained over 100 therapists in her unique method.
In addition to being a Bates Method instructor, Anat is a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) facilitator, a "Miraculous Parenting" facilitator, and a certified therapist in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
She is the author of "Heal your Soul, Heal your Sight" a book of inspiring case-studies from her 23 years of practice.
She got her first pair of glasses at the age of 6 and stopped using glasses at the age of 26.
She lives in Israel with her partner and their very chubby cat.
She lectures and teaches in Israel and around the world.

Fernanda Leite Ribeiro, FCSO
Fernanda is a Visual Educator. She used to be a dancer, and as a dancer she discovered intuitively the connection between eyesight and the body’s balance in space. Later, as she deepened her understanding of eyesight and healing through the teachings of Meir Schneider, she realized that she had to go further in this path. Now she has a degree in Optometry, Behavioral Optometry and Syntonics Phototherapy. She has been helping people and children with their eyes for over 30 years.

Part 1: Program Structure & Requirements
Does working with children and parents require in-person sessions, or can it be done online
Naturally, practical work with children is much more impactful when done in person, and certain diagnoses or guidance can be challenging to handle from a distance. However, we always adapt and do the best we can within the given circumstances. On the other hand, emotional and coaching work with parents can absolutely be done online effectively.
What is required of me during the course, besides attending the live sessions
- Peer Practice: Anat will assign partner practice sessions during the week. These can be done over the phone or via any platform without a camera, requiring about 1 to 2 hours per week.
- Practicum (Internship): Around the midpoint of the course, we will encourage you to start your hands-on internship, working with as many families, children, and parents as possible. Don't worry – we will be supporting you behind the scenes every step of the way!
Are there mandatory requirements to receive the graduation certificate?
Yes. To earn your certificate, you must maintain at least an 85% attendance rate in the live lessons and complete practical work with at least 3 families (your practicum) during the course.
Is this course suitable for those without any prior background?
This training is designed for vision teachers and those studying to become teachers, who want to expand their skills and offer simple, effective solutions for children and families.
Will the lessons be recorded? What if I miss a live session?
Yes, all live sessions are recorded and saved for you, so you can always go back and review the material. However, please remember that attending at least 85% of the live sessions is mandatory to qualify for graduation and receive your certificate.
Is there any support or community outside of the live class hours?
Yes. You are not alone in this journey. In addition to the live sessions, you will have access to a dedicated peer group for daily consultations (via WhatsApp), sharing case studies from your practice, and getting direct support from our team throughout the training.
